Buoyant Mutasa plays down Dynamos-Bosso clash

Playing Highlanders is just as good as playing Shabanie or any other team says Dynamos coach, Lloyd Mutasa who faces the Bulawayo giants in his next Castle Lager topflight clash at Barbourfields next.

Mutasa who has had a turbulent relationship with the management of DeMbare which saw him being fired earlier on in the season after a string of poor results before being recalled barely a month later said that his charges had the capacity to claim all three points against Bosso’s ECD when they clash in Bulawayo.

“Playing Highlanders is just as good as playing Shabanie or any other team.

“The idea is to go there and get three points and when I look at the assets that I have I think they have the capacity to go there and win the match,” said Mutasa.

On Sunday, DeMbare registered its eighth loss of the season when they fell 1-0 to Ngezi Platinum off a Kelvin Bulaji 45 minute header at the near post.

Mutasa lost 1-0 to Madinda in Dynamos’ reverse fixture against Highlanders.

Dynamos has failed to beat all of the premiership’s top sides, losing to Chicken Inn, FC Platinum, Caps United and now twice against Ngezi Platinum.

The Mbare side sits 11 points from the bottom on 13th position and trail log leaders FC Platinum by 24, its worst performance in the past decade.
