Speaking on condition of anonymity, a source privy to the development said that Kaizer Chiefs who recently fired the fire brand Steve Komphela had indicated its desire to sit down with Pasuwa.

“Nothing concrete yet but representatives from the club approached his manager and requested for engagement with a desire to see the coach seated on their bench come next season.

“I will give you more details later but at the present moment that is what is on the ground,” said the source who declined to be named for professional reasons.

Having attracted interest in Tanzania and Zambia after leading the Warriors to AFCON, CHAN and his previous glories at Dynamos, Pasuwa went for a sabbatical only to resurface recently at the Shield/Chelsea talent search currently underway, as a scout for the Unilever company and Chelsea.

Pasuwa won four consecutive league titles at Dynamos from 2011 to 2014 before falling out with the Keni Mubaiwa led Dynamos board at the end of 2014.
